WHO: Young Singers of the Palm Beaches
WHAT: Palm Beach County’s world class community youth choir, Young
Singers of the Palm Beaches, will present “Ubuntu”, a special 10th Anniversary performance at the Annual Spring Concert on May 19. Young Singers of the Palm Beaches is Palm BeachCounty’s award winning community chorus featuring 300 of the area’s most talented voices spanning ages 8 – 18. “Ubuntu”, a South African concept meaning a person is a person through other people, will dazzle the audience with the power of connection and community through chorus.
To be held on the main stage at Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, the performance will feature a world premier song celebrating the future of children and music and written for the YSPB 10th Anniversary.

WHY: Young Singers has two major performances per season performing at the Kravis Center Dreyfoos Hall in December and May. “Young Singers’ philosophy is that music education of children is an important resource in the development of productive participants in our society,” noted Beth Clark, Executive Director. “Through it we believe we can transform and enrich the lives of children and our community by breaking down social barriers, developing life skills, providing an outlet for creativity and fostering good citizenship.” This season, Young Singers of the Palm Beaches is celebrating 10 years of inspiring the lives and hearts of our community.
