Jennifer Oliver Smith

Jennifer Oliver Smith is a Florida native, born in Tallahassee, she now resides in Lake Worth. A realtor, a mother, a wife and the CEO of Silvie Bells, Jennifer wears many different hats in her day to day.  Silvie Bells is a nonprofit organization that she founded in 2016 after nearly losing her daughter in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The life changing experience inspired her to begin an organization that gives assistance to fellow NICU families, both locally and around the globe.

Vicki Tate

Vicki Tate (originally from New York City) has lived in Palm Beach County since 1985 beginning her career as a professional recruiter with a concentration in the fields of Financial & Legal services. Her natural ability to connect like-minded women, along with a lifetime of philanthropy, led her to found the Alliance of Women Executives (AWE). Vicki is Vice President of the Henry Nias Foundation as well as an active member of its Board of Directors, a member of the Foundation for Women and Economic Literacy, a past board member of the Richard David Kann Melanoma Foundation. She has volunteered with Hospice of Palm Beach County, Florida Poodle Rescue, Relay for Life and is a member of the Cancer Prevention Study-3. Vicki is also a member of the Executive Club of Palm Beach County.

Steven Traynor is a Strategic Client Director for Oracle, based in Wellington, Florida. With almost 30 years of experience in the Telecommunications Industry, he has had the ability to travel the world, explore different cultures and live abroad.

Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and raised in Centerbrook, Connecticut, Steven’s family moved around quite a bit as his father served in the United States Air Force. Steven developed a passion for electronics, leading him to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University. Throughout his academic and professional journey, Steven has had the privilege of traveling the world. His work has him currently overseeing the Caribbean and Central America for a select group of Key Accounts.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Steven enjoys cooking, riding motorcycles and playing a little bit of guitar. Steven believes that continuing to learn new things is a great way to grow your mind and skills.

Steven recently led a community effort to build a performing arts center in Wellington and believes that the arts are an important part of the community.
