Let’s rally around Bill so he can get his transplant and have the needed money to get to UF Health for testing and consultations.
Bill Lerner is in the process of testing and waiting for a liver/kidney transplant. Bill’s transplant center is a five hour drive from his current apartment. He has to go to the hospital in Gainesville at least EIGHT times a year. It costs him at least five hundred dollars a trip for tolls, gas and very economical lodging and when he get close to the transpant happening Bill and his wife Andrea need to get another apartment so they can be in the area for when that call comes in…Many visits last for four days, so the costs are even higher. Thankfully his insurance pays for the medical expenses but not co-pays, but other expenses are not covered and his wife Andrea loses days of work whenever they go to Gainesville. I am asking if you can help out in any way to help Bill defray these expenses. Thank you so much. Whether you want to donate $10.00, $25.00 or more it is greatly appreciated.
