Outdoor Dance Festival Returns to West Palm Beach this April

Dance. All. Day. Fest will offer movement for all ages at The Square West Palm

April 8, 2024 (WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.)  Natural Movers Foundation in partnership with The Square will bring Dance. All. Day. Fest—South Florida’s only free outdoor dance festival—to Downtown West Palm Beach on Saturday, April 27 (10 a.m. to 3 p.m.)

Located at The Square (700 South Rosemary Ave.), the family friendly festival encourages movement and creativity for all ages, with interactive community dance classes led by local teaching artists. The festival will also include performances by some of South Florida’s most talented artists and dance companies.

Guests can also enjoy live entertainment by DJ ReRe, childrens arts activities and workshops at Rohi’s Readery, delicious local fare from restaurants at The Square, and much more.

Classes include:

10 a.m.

  • Dance. All. Day. Fest Kickoff: Yoga with Natalie (10-11 a.m.)
  • Children’s (Watoto) Workshop: Ballet & Character taught by Ella Goens (10-10:30 a.m.)
  • Children’s (Watoto) Workshop: Storytelling and Motion taught by Rohi’s Readery (10:30-11 a.m.)

11 a.m.

  • Children’s (Watoto) Workshop: ArtsNest Studios (11 a.m.-noon)
  • Cardio-Fitness Masterclass taught by Natalie Addison (11:30 a.m.-noon)

Noon

  • Jazz Masterclass taught by Jessica Dos Santos (12:30-1 p.m.)

1 p.m.

  • Children’s (Watoto) Workshop: Musical Theater Jazz taught by Victoria Read (1-1:30 p.m.)
  • Official Dance Fest Hip Hop Routine taught by Larry Albright (1:30-2:30 p.m.)

2 p.m.

  • Children’s (Watoto) Workshop: Palm Beach Opera (1:45-2:30 p.m.)
  • Impromptu Social Dance led by DJ ReRe (2:30-3 p.m.)

  • Atlantic Christian Academy dancers (Contemporary) (11:05 a.m.)
  • The Victory Dance Project (Jazz) (11:10 a.m.)
  • Capoeira Karkara Performance (Capoeira) (11:15 a.m.)
  • Special Performance: Faith’s Place Band & Drumline (noon-12:15 p.m.)
  • “Take Five” by Lindsey St. Germain (Rhythm Tap) (12:15 p.m.)
  • Palm Beach Atlantic University dancers (Modern) (12:20 p.m.)
  • Loud Live Productions presents MESH (Hip Hop) (12:25 p.m.)
  • “Waiting for Better Days” by Candace Smith (Modern) (1 p.m.)
  • “Surpassing” by Savannah Miller (Contemporary) (1:05 p.m.) 
  • Olivia Capasso + Friends (Contemporary Ballet) (1:10 p.m.)
  • Reese McWilliams + Friends (Jazz) (1:15pm)
