Artistry: In Motion to feature curated art, dynamic music and more

December 17, 2024 (WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.) — Put on your dancing shoes! The Armory Art Center’s annual fundraiser returns this February, featuring an unforgettable evening of fun, music and dancing through the decades.

Artistry: In Motion takes place at the Armory Art Center on Thursday, February 6, 2025 from 6-10 p.m.

Mix, mingle, and dance the night away! At this vibrant event, guests can enjoy hearty hors d’oeuvres, an open bar with craft cocktails, wine and more, and a night of grooving to songs from different decades—including rock n’ roll, Motown and disco—supplied by an electrifying DJ.

Guests can also stroll through the Armory Art Center galleries to view the Annual Student and Faculty Exhibition. All works are for sale (with proceeds split between the artists and Armory), giving new or established collectors the opportunity to purchase unique pieces from emerging artists.

Additionally, guests can browse one-of-a-kind handbags painted by talented local artists, all at different price points.

Artistry: In Motion is curated by event chair, Janet Schur, and co-chairs Lynn Feld and Linda Silpe. Proceeds will support the Armory’s art classes and workshops, youth art programs and summer camps, and art exhibitions for the Palm Beach County community.

“No fundraising event is quite as unique, artistic, or fun as Artistry—and we cannot wait to host this one-of-a-kind party,” said Janet Schur, event chair. “Most importantly, guests are supporting an honorable cause: helping the Armory Art Center continue to offer impactful arts programming for our community.”

Tickets are $350 per person in advance; $400 per person at the door. Sponsorship opportunities are still available. To learn more about Artistry: In Motion or to purchase tickets, please visit www.armoryart.org
