(West Palm Beach, FL – October 28, 2025) The League of Women Voters of Palm Beach County (LWVPBC)is inviting friends, supporters, and Law and Order fans of every political persuasion to a fascinating and fun event:

A History Mystery Where You Decide

A Live Mock Trial for LWVPBC Members & Guests at the Richard & Pat Johnson Palm Beach County History Museum

No Hot Topics at this monthly League event, but maybe a Cold Corpse or two. And several LWVPBC members will be selected for roles – but is anyone really innocent? That’s up to you!

Participants will make the final decision in this delicious “TV Procedural” brought to life at the Historical Society of Palm Beach County, located at 300 N. Dixie Hwy in downtown West Palm Beach, conveniently just steps away from the imposing Judge Daniel T.K. Hurley Courthouse.

Check-in is from 5:30 to 6 pm, with the Moot Court scheduled for 6 to 8 pm. Tickets are only $30 for League members, and $35 for nonmembers, and are available at www.lwvpbc.org.

Along with a lot of surprise twists and clarifying clues, light snacks, refreshments, and wine will also be served. A light jacket or sweater in the courtroom is recommended.
