A Day of Consciousness
MIAMI, FL (April 17, 2017) – Animal Recovery Mission (ARM) is excited to announce ‘A Day of Consciousness’ on Earth Day, Saturday, April 22, 2017, to benefit the charity’s mission to save animals from extreme, inhumane and illegal practices and provide them with comfort and safety on ARM’s sanctuary. ARM aims to bring global awareness to the mistreatment of animals through direct action efforts, utilizing investigative tactics and governmental forces to implement anti-cruelty laws for animal welfare. This special earth day event aids with ARM’s mission of promoting a more humane and compassionate lifestyle.
Miami’s premier brands and restaurants will gather for interactive festivities including live music by Ana Nikolic, notable speakers including ARM’s Founder/CEO at 2pm, two 1-hour yoga sessions at 1pm & 4pm, Animal Flow class at 3pm and 3:30pm, interactive fitness activities, boutique vegan shopping, delicious lite bites, drinks, and an incredible silent auction which includes; day spas at luxury hotels, sports memorabilia, Expert Jet private memberships and much more! Event sponsors include; David “Lebo” Le Batard, Lush Cosmetics and World Animal News. Actress Gabrielle Anwar from Burn Notice will be in attendance and will be a guest speaker along with Jay Parker the CEO of Douglass Elliman. Attendees will receive goodie bags filled to the brim with vegan and animal friendly products.

Media promotion and advertisement of this event is crucial for fundraising as proceeds will directly go towards ARM’s investigations, animal rescues and rehabilitation.
As a notable organization of Miami, Florida, ARM has been responsible for the closure of over 138 illegal animal cruelty operations in the city of Miami as well as throughout Florida. ARM would like to celebrate animal rights with the community and the members who have supported the organization’s investigations and animal rescues.
