Oh woof a night! American Humane Cocktail Party to benefit the nation’s military working dogs. The philanthropic evening will feature creative cocktails and bites, silent auction, and dancing under the stars to contemporary rhythms of world-renowned musician Victor Espinola and his electric Paraguayan harp.
