“Jump for a Cause”
November 6th, 2010- Jim Brandon Equestrian Center
August 2, 2010- – – Palm Beach County, FL—On November 6th, 2010 a one of a kind equestrian event will take place at Jim Brandon Equestrian Center. “Jump for a Cause” is a horse jumping relay race where prize money will be awarded to the teams with the fastest times. The event was the philanthropic inspiration of Hannah Bentz who will become a Bat Mitzvah on the same day.
The event combines two of Hannah’s passions, one is horseback riding and the other is performing Mitzvot or “good deeds” to help heal the world. Hannah’s Bat Mitzvah project is “Jump for a Cause”. She is leading the committee and is organizing the event. All proceeds raised will be donated to the American Parkinson Disease Association with the honored guest for the evening being Rabbi Emeritus of Temple Beth El, Merle Singer.
Rabbi Singer’s leadership and dedication to the diverse community has been a strong source of inspiration for many families and organizers are proud to honor him at this event.
To support this event, you can make a donation to ADPA directly, attend the event as a VIP guest and/ or become a sponsor.
