Delray Restaurant Offers Evening of Roman Cuisine and Delightful Wines
On Tuesday, August 7, 2012, D’Angelo Trattoria executive chef Rickie Piper will present a special four course menu created especially to pair with wines from some of Northern Italy’s most acclaimed boutique vineyards. The first of what owner Angelo Elia hopes to be a continued series, the specialty dinner promises an evening of sumptuous Roman cuisine and fine wines.
