“Brain Health Across the Lifespan” Series for Train the Brain Month
Community campaign highlights brain health at every stage of life,
aiming to boost resilience and prevent neurological issues.

West Palm Beach, FL–Palm Health Foundation has announced new events to its “Brain Health Across the Lifespan” Train the Brain series during October 2025 and early November. The entire series is free to the community and offers opportunities for residents of all ages to enjoy experiential and educational events. Each session provides community members with meaningful steps to support brain health for themselves, their families, and their neighbors—at every age and stage of life.
The Train the Brain campaign is designed to help Palm Beach County residents recognize that taking care of the brain is just as important as taking care of the body.

What: Train the Brain with Schoolhouse Children’s Museum
An event for parents and children, designed to empower caregivers with practical, science-based tips to support brain health and emotional well-being at home. Kids will enjoy yoga, an art class, and music circle, while parents and caregivers engage in interactive educational sessions with experts from Center for Child Counseling.

What: Arts on the Muck for Glades Elders
Celebrating community, creativity, and cognitive wellness – The Muck Way! Event will engage seniors in arts activities, memory boosting games, music and movement, and more, during a football-themed afternoon. Attendees are encouraged to wear their favorite Muck Bowl football team colors—maroon and gold or royal blue and white.

Train the Brain is a community health campaign annually presented by Palm Health Foundation throughout the month of October. The campaign goal is to help Palm Beach County residents understand that taking care of the brain is just as important as taking care of the body.
