Wellington to Recognize Chinese New Year with Celebration
at January 28th Lakeside Market
Join Wellington for a Chinese New Year Celebration on Friday, January 28th from 5 PM to 8 PM, happening in conjunction with the Lakeside Market at Wellington Town Center, featuring fun and activities for the entire family.
In addition to shopping with local vendors, visitors to the Lakeside Market will enjoy FREE 15-minute “Intro to Tai Chi” demonstrations at 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM, followed by a traditional lion dance performance at 7:00 PM. After sunset, guests are invited to decorate and release their own paper lanterns from the boat docks (while supplies last).
