Chocolate Ice-Box Cake-gasm!!!
Hubby and I are married Dessert Reviewers who dish out Sweet Opinions on Desserts as well as Relationship Tips. We are called THE SWEETHEARTS (for obvious reasons;) So it goes without saying that we have spelunked our way through a veritable cavern of desserts over the years. At this point it is rare when we are BLOWN AWAY, however this yummy was magic! The consistency and amount of fluffy, light meringue paired with dark-but-not-bitter chocolate mousse on top of a fresh chocolate bisquit caused our taste-buds to do more than the chacha.
