High School Student Artists Recognized

The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board recognized three student artists who submitted artwork for the Fall 2013 High School Exhibit.  This exhibit will be displayed in the lower level of the Wellington Community Center thru January 2014.  This program is made possible by a collaboration between the Wellington Art Society and the Village of Wellington and features three rotations: High School (September- January), Middle School (January – May) and Elementary School (May- September).

The three talented artists recognized were: Alison Liquori, for her two photographs of Savannah Georgia, Talia Fradkin, for her photograph of a horse in a meadow, and Cody Ballard for his painting of a lifeguard shack.  The Village of Wellington encourages the public to view the artwork throughout the week, Monday thru Thursday from 8am -8pm at the Wellington Community Center located at 12150 Forest Hill Blvd, Wellington.
