WHAT: This summer, Amar in downtown Delray Beach invites guests to experience a Taste of Lebanon with a new Prix Fixe Summer Menu, priced at $45 per person. Designed for sharing and required for the entire table, the menu brings together Amar’s vibrant, ingredient-driven approach to traditional Lebanese cuisine — perfect for a sun-soaked evening on Atlantic Avenue.
The meal begins with a spread of mezze and ends with a sweet bite of baklava, with your choice of grilled meats, seafood, or vegan falafel as the centerpiece. It’s a celebration of warm hospitality, bold flavors, and communal dining — the heart of the Amar experience.
