About Michelle Balan:
Michele Balan is a classy comedian with attitude. Sometimes class has to move over for the attitude. Michele was one of the finalists on NBC’s “Last Comic Standing,” and she was “The Last Woman Comic Standing.”
She has appeared on The Joy Behar Show, Byron Allen’s Comics Unleashed, and the OUTlaugh festival on MTV’s LOGO.
Michele headlines all over the country at comedy clubs, corporate events, JCC’s, country clubs, on cruises, and more! She is appropriate for all audiences…well, maybe not children’s parties!
Along with her stand-up, Michele writes for many other well-known comedians, and is a contributor to a variety of magazines.
Voted one of the “Top 10 Comics” by Backstage Magazine.
Often told she was naturally funny, the Brooklyn native left a high-paying executive position at a computer company to pursue comedy and she has been performing ever since.
About Carl Guerra:
Carl started performing on the New York comedy club circuit right after he graduated from college. He honed his comedic skills performing regularly at such clubs as The Improv, Dangerfields, and The Comic Strip. Now he performs regularly on cruise ships, country clubs, comedy clubs, and at corporate events.
His recipe for comedy is simple. First he mixes in some observations of everyday life, he then adds some relationship humor, sprinkles in some comments on topical events, tosses in some characters, a couple of jokes, blends it with some spontaneous moments and a dash of his guitar, and presto, he has an act!
In addition to numerous TV appearances, he has also been the opening act for such entertainers as Julio Iglesias, Jerry Sienfeld, Ray Ramano, Rosie O’Donnell, Bill Maher, Dennis Miller, George Benson, Paul Anka, Debbie Reynolds, and Joan Rivers.
