Summer Activities at Olympia in Wellington
With summer right around the corner we have exciting news regarding our activity programs for children and adults. I first would like to introduce our new tennis professional, Greg Neuhart.
Greg brings to Olympia an outstanding career as a world class player and renowned coach and instructor for all ages and levels of play. Greg is the holder of 19 national USTA singles and doubles title as well as the number one ranking in the world in 1997 and 1998 in men’s 35+ singles. Greg has also played on the Nuveen champion’s tour playing with the likes of Bjorn Borg and Jimmy Cornors. Greg currently is ranked number one in the United States in the 50+ men’s singles.
Please welcome Greg Neuhart as our new tennis professional at Olympia and join in all the upcoming activities offered by all of our programs.
We are very excited to announce the launch of our USTA sponsored 10 and under tennis development program which will be kicked off with a tennis festival for kids 10 and under May 20th, 2012. This event is free for all and allows children to experience first hand the new way of children’s tennis instruction. Smaller rackets, bigger balls and smaller tennis courts are all part of this program which makes it easier for children to experience the true fun of tennis. Be on the lookout for this USTA program for 10 and under children and stop by the clubhouse for more details.
There are many other programs available for residents to enjoy during the summer months at Olympia. Please join us in welcoming and supporting all of our activities instructors and join in for the fun and fitness this summer.
Please see below all of our programs and contact information. We all look forward to a fun and active summer at Olympia.
