(Vero Beach, FL – December 13, 2024) Rochelle Wolberg, Executive Director of McKee Botanical Garden, is inviting holiday revelers of every age to be celebrate an 18-year tradition at the dazzling JUNGLE LIGHTS exhibition now on brilliant display throughout the garden’s gorgeous 18 acres of horticultural subtropical splendor.  Visitors can enjoy the wondrous sights from 6 to 9 pm nightly (except Mondays) through December 29.

“These dazzling nights of JUNGLE LIGHTS are the only time visitors can experience this unique tropical oasis after dark, giving them a unique opportunity to capture and share beautiful memories of a rare and heartwarming sensory experience in nature,” says Wolberg. “We encourage people to experience the Jungle Trails as never before with illuminated Bromeliads, flora and fauna with exotic soundscapes—all illuminated by more than 200,000 LED lights and displays.”

Highlight of JUNGLE LIGHTS at McKee include:

  • Thousands of LED lights on McKee’s Main Jungle Trail and pathways, exotic palms, oak trees, waterfalls, and along its tranquil streams.
  • Largest illuminated Christmas Tree in Indian River County, measuring 32 feet tall.
  • Spectacular model train display (December 14-15, December 17-22, and December 26-29 only).
  • 1924 Wurlitzer Band Organ performances (December 17-20 only).
  • Varied nightly entertainment from local choral and musical groups.
  • Visit Santa (December 10-15 and December 17-22), 6:30 to 8 pm.
  • The Garden Café will offer festive food and spirits, and the Gift Shop will showcase unique crafts and gift ideas.
  • Snowflake Glasses ($10) while supplies last. Everything turns to snowfall with these magical holographic glasses. They come with hot chocolate, too.
  • Parking is available in McKee’s adjacent lots with complimentary shuttle service from the remote lot just south of the Gardens main entrance on US-1 and from off-site parking located south of the Garden at 146 Vista Royale Blvd

Tickets to JUNGLE LIGHTS are $20 for adults and seniors; $10 for youth (2-17); children under 2 years of age are free. For McKee members, admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children (2-17).

Tickets can be purchased in advance at Garden Admissions during normal hours or online at www.mckeegarden.org. During JUNGLE LIGHTSticket purchases for admission will require a credit card.
