COCONUT CREEK – Fresh off a scintillating concert performance at Hard Rock Live as part of Billy Joel’s band, Mike DelGuidice & Big Shot – Celebrate the Music of Billy Joel & More, will perform in The Pavilion at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek on Wednesday, March 11, at 8 p.m.
DelGuidice, best known as rhythm guitarist and vocalist in Joel’s band, will be taking the stage with Big Shot, which has been playing Joel’s music for almost two decades.
After many years of playing Joel’s music with Big Shot, DelGuidice is living a dream come true. In October of 2013, Joel was so impressed when he heard DelGuidice sing that he personally hired him to join his band. He can now be seen on tour with Joel all over the U.S. and the world in major arenas and stadiums, including every month at the iconic Madison Square Garden in New York City.
Beyond Joel’s music, Big Shot also performs renditions of hit songs by Elton John, Paul McCartney, the Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Chicago, and others.
A master of several instruments including bass guitar, piano and drums, DelGuidice, who hails from Long Island, New York, is the author of two albums – “My Street” and “Miller Place.”
