2012 TALKIN TURKEY TENNIS TOURNAMENT

I hope this email finds everyone well.
It is my pleasure to announce that the 2012 Talkin Turkey Tennis Tournament is a go!!!! As you know it will be held at the Deerfield Beach Tennis Center on Thanksgiving Eve starting at 6:30 PM.
Please feel free to bring your family members, friends or guests that may be staying with you during the holiday. Of course tennis will be played in a round robin format so be sure to bring your racket.
This year there will be an entrance fee of 1 new package of mens, ladies or childrens underwear that will be donated to the Miami/Broward Rescue Mission which helps the homeless population in both counties.
I have worked with this organization for 15 years and the need for CLEAN underwear for both women, men and children is certainly overwhelming. I hope that you will agree that to help the cause in this small way we will be doing a great service for the homeless.
The recipient of our raffle donations this year is the Florida Breast & Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program which is run by the Florida Department of Health.
This year’s raffle will be awesome so bring lots of $$. 😉 As always if everyone can bring a dish, nothing to elaborate or too much trouble for you, that would be great. If all goes well we can expext 35-50 people
