Arthur R. Marshall Foundation Partners with
Kaffee’s Garden Spa in West Palm Beach on
SUSTAINABLE BEAUTY
Sales of Jurlique Products & Gift Certificates Will Help Promote the Sixth Annual RIVER OF GRASS Gala on
December 10 at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts
(Lake Worth, FL – October 11, 2011) Nancy Marshall, president of the Arthur R. Marshall Foundation, which works for the restoration and preservation of the greater Everglades ecosystem, today announced SUSTAINABLE BEAUTY, a special fundraising partnership with Kaffee’s Garden Spa in West Palm Beach.
Under this partnership, Kaffee’s Garden Spa will donate 10 percent of the proceeds from the sale of its organic skin care line Jurlique between October 15, 2011 and January 15, 2012, as well as 10 percent of the gross proceeds from a new Jurlique Restoration Facial during the same time frame. In addition, the Spa will donate to the Marshall Foundation 15 percent of the gross proceeds from the sale of Gift Certificates through the end of next year.
“This initiative was conceived out of our desire to give added exposure and financial support to the ongoing work done by the Marshall Foundation,” said owner Kaffee Keldie. “The obvious tie-in is the Spa’s policy of providing beauty treatments based on eco-friendly, botanically based products.”
“Both of our organizations strive to Sustain Beauty, and by sustain we mean ‘use but not damage or deplete a resource‘,” agreed Nancy Marshall. “The Foundation works valiantly and unceasingly to sustain the beauty of the Everglades, while Kaffee’s Garden Spa sustains the beauty of its clients and customers.”
“Of course, there is nothing as sustainable or as beautiful as the generosity of our friends and donors,” added Mrs. Marshall. “Best of all, some of the funds raised from this valuable partnership will be used to support our upcoming sixth annual River of Grass Gala.”
