Wellington Announces Employee of the Month September 2013
Congratulations to the Wellington’s Elizabeth Arocho for being chosen as Employee of the Month for September 2013.
Elizabeth joined Wellington in January of 2005 in the Field Services Department as a Meter Reader. Elizabeth transitioned into the Public Works Department as a Receptionist and Customer Service Representative….laying the foundation for her future! In 2011 Elizabeth continued to provide excellent customer service in the new “call center” at Village Hall as a Customer Service Representative. In her roles she has provided service with utility billing, served as Interim Customer Service Supervisor and most recently was promoted into the role of General Customer Service Supervisor as a result of her exemplary commitment and service to Wellington. Elizabeth has assisted with many events outside the scope of her duties including The Great American Clean-Up, Earth Day Events, and Wellington’s 10th Anniversary. She was instrumental in creating the Friday Call Center Manual and updated the Frontline Customer Service Training Manual for Utilities. Elizabeth is also one of the winners of the “Get App’d” contest and currently attends the Leadership Academy.
