PALM BEACH KANGOO CLUB BY CHEEKY FITNESS

by Sherri Mraz

http://www.cheekyfitness.com/

For Michelle Marton the owner and founder of Cheeky Fitness, her passion for fitness became her career. She saw an opportunity to turn her passion into a thriving business.

CheekyBanzaiCoverMichelle, originally from Boston, Massachusetts, came to Florida to attend Miami International University, earning an Associates in Fashion Merchandising as well as a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Film.

After the birth of her second child, Michelle attended her first pole class and was instantly intrigued. She found it a total body workout and super fun. Prior to this, Michelle had never really considered fitness as a business venture, but recognized a gap in the fitness industry. About a year after her first class, Michelle opened Cheeky Fitness in Royal Palm Beach.

You may be thinking, “What is pole fitness? I don’t want to be an exotic dancer???” Michelle explained that her clientele primarily consists of busy moms, professional doctors, lawyers, business women and even men. Although exotic dancers are not excluded, they are not our typical clients. This is just an environment for a fun workout that is focused on increasing strength, flexibility and feeling comfortable in your skin. Typically her clients see results in as little as two weeks.

Apart from the pole, Cheeky Fitness was the first to offer Kangoo Jumps in our area. Kangoo Jumps are special rebound shoes which help eliminate the pounding and absorb the shock that can occur on the joints during conventional cardio classes and running. “Our Kangoo Power classes are for any fitness level and any ages. It’s perfect solution for rapid weight loss, improving posture and building bone mass all while protecting your joints.” It is so simple to learn that Michelle can have you up and bouncing in under two minutes…and no you won’t fall.

As if all of this isn’t unique enough, Cheeky even has Aerial Yoga. This is the latest spin on yoga that is designed to take pressure off of the spine. You are suspended from a trapeze and hang in various postures to elongate and relieve pressure from the normal decompression which comes from standing, sitting, and the effects of just everyday gravity.

Although Michelle has the demands of running Cheeky Fitness on a very large scale she finds time to be involved in many community events. She never misses working out with her children and friends. Her family life is filled with caring for her two homeschooled children and dogs, traveling and healthy eating.

Every time I run into Michelle at any community event, she is always flocked on each side by her two amazing instructors, Sirimar Astacio and Liz Mathewson. These two women have played a huge role in helping Cheeky Fitness to achieve its wide reaching success.

So, if you are bored with your current work out routines or looking for something different and unique, come see is at Cheeky Fitness. You will gain strength, tone up, lose weight and gain a new sexy body and most importantly confidence to be proud of! We will get you from “Chunky to Cheeky” in no time.

Be sure to check out our “Cheeky Lites” for your Kangoo Jump boots brought to you exclusively by Cheeky Fitness.
