We wanted to share the exciting news that The Royal Poinciana Plaza, the iconic lifestyle destination in the heart of beautiful Palm Beach, Florida developed by WS Development, is officially reopened.
Keeping the safety of all customers top of mind, The Royal team has placed several protocols in place including:
- Social distancing is being enforced through signage, adjustments to seating and boutique/restaurant capacity restrictions. They are also offering customers masks upon requests.
- All retail and restaurant employees are encouraged to cover their faces. All stores also have limited capacity in place and variety of safety measures in place such as plexi glass at checkout and extended outdoor dining.
- Our maintenance staff is performing more frequent, thorough cleanings.
- Curbside pickup or minimal-contact arrangements are available at many establishments.
- Monthly sidewalk sales will kick off in June.
In addition, as they reopen their doors they are highlighting The Royal’s stores and boutiques through a new series, #storefrontstories. Through photos and five-minute interviews, the property is showcasing and celebrating the people behind the business visitors love, who have persevered through uncertain times and continue to make The Royal Poinciana Plaza the amazing destination that it is. You can find their stories on the website as well as on Instagram. This will be a portfolio wide campaign designed to support the reopening of local and national tenants across the country through the appeal of their personal stories. WS hopes to inspire other developers to join in this movement in supporting #storefrontstories during this critical time for retail’s comeback.
