“Science Meets Music” aims to bring the community together for a night of virtuosic music and scientific discovery, offering guests an innovative and creative program featuring a scientific lecture accompanied by a classical music performance.
On Wednesday, April 10, MPFI will be hosting the final “Science Meets Music” event of the season.
Dr. Hyungbae Kwon, research group leader at the Max Planck Florida Institute for Neuroscience, will present ““Tagging and Controlling Active Neurons.”
Seoyoung Kwon, daughter of Hyungbae Kwon, will join her father as the musical guest for the evening. Seoyoung is a senior at the Dreyfoos School of the Arts in West Palm Beach Florida. Carina Inoue, graduate of the New England Conservatory of Music, will accompany Seoyoung on the piano.
