Events are held at 2635 State Road 7, in the Lifestyle Center and are free of charge unless otherwise noted.  Register by phone at 561.904.4000 or at the customer service desk. Refunds, credits, or transfer of classes will not be honored for no-shows or cancellations made fewer than 24 hours before event. All events are subject to change.  Classes with low registration may be cancelled.  Any classes cancelled by Whole Foods Market will be refunded. Space is limited.

Help Raise Money for Charity by Remembering Your Reusable Bags!

Epcot® International Food & Wine Festival

Join us for a Nutrient Dense Power Dinner to energize for the Jeff Annas Memorial 5K Run and to learn about our upcoming 28-Day Challenge Program featuring Engine 2.  Guests will enjoy a plant-strong, fiesta-inspired meal that will contain the nutrients necessary to run a winning race!  The menu features Portobello Mushroom Fajitas, Black Beans & Rice, Tex Mex Spinach Salad, Salsa & Guacamole, and Dark Chocolate Brownies.   Guests are encouraged to sign up for more information about the 28-Day Challenge Program at the Health Starts Here™ information table in the Café. We invite you to kick-start your healthy eating commitment and join us for an exciting, life-changing adventure!  Bring a friend or two and learn about our Engine 2 28-Day Diet Challenge and experience a sample recipe from Rip Esselstyn’s book The Engine 2 Diet.  Engine 2 is a plan of action for following – and sticking to – a heart-healthy, mind-healthy, body-healthy, and taste-bud tempting PlantStrong™ lifestyle.  Healthy Eating Specialist, Cheryl Kobal, will host the 28-Day Challenge and guide this support group on a five-week long challenge that will walk you through healthy eating guidelines, cooking demonstrations, taste tests and workshops designed to help you stick to your goals.  Those who attend all five workshops will have the opportunity to win books, gift baskets, and other prizes.  A potluck graduation party will be held on the last day of the challenge.

Kids Class – Pizza Patch Garden Favorites!

Looking for a fun cooking event for your budding chef?  Healthy Eating Specialist, Cheryl Kobal, will show kids how to grow a “Pizza Patch” garden using bring-your-own recycled beverage bottles.  They’ll also learn how to make a healthy pizza out of the colorful pizza patch garden vegetables and other flavorful, healthy ingredients.  The best part of this activity – eating it!   All children must be accompanied by a parent.  One hundred percent of the funds collected will be donated to the Whole Kids Foundation Garden Grant Project to create and expand school garden programs.

Mom’s Morning Escape & Whole Kid’s Club Story Time & Snack

Moms will receive a free mini-massage, coffee or tea, and muffin from the Coffee Bar.  Please check in at the Customer Service desk to pick up your Mom’s Morning Escape Voucher, then make your way to the Coffee Bar for breakfast. Also, don’t forget to enjoy a relaxing five minute chair massage by My Massage Corner in the Lifestyle Center (first-come, first-served).  Massage sign-up sheet is located just outside of the Lifestyle Center).
