FOUNDCARE HEALTH CENTER ELIGIBLE FOR SHARE IN $5 MILLION GRANT
(West Palm Beach, FL) FoundCare is thrilled to announce its eligibility as a local charity to share in $5 million of grant money and receive up to $250,000 through Chase Community Giving.
Grant distribution level will be decided upon by eligible resident voters, and FoundCare is asking the local community and friends to get involved and show their support by casting their votes for the Health Center September 6 – 19.
September 6 – 19, community residents can place their votes by visiting www.ChaseGiving.com and www.Facebook.com/ChaseCommunityGiving. Both Chase customers with an online Chase account and Facebook users are eligible to vote and are allotted a minimum of four (4) votes and a maximum of five (5) votes during the voting period.
