September, 2015 – Bricks Busting Boredom
Daniel Clein, a Wellington student, recently began a project called “Bricks Busting Boredom.” He says, “This project’s goal is to collect new and used Legos to donate to kids in children’s hospitals to help brighten their day! I can say proudly that yesterday we made our first donation to Joe DiMaggio’s children’s hospital of almost 100 pounds of Legos, and I was lucky enough to meet some of the children and see their priceless reactions to their new toys.”
If you have used Legos to donate, please drop them off at the collection spot at the Farmer’s Daughter farm stand on Southern Boulevard. If you have questions for Daniel Clein, you can reach him at (954) 253-3668.
