SERENITY SHOW STABLE MOVES TO JT FARM IN SOUTH SALEM

Seasoned Trainer Ruth Nicodemus Offers Top-Notch Instruction

South Salem, NY (March 5, 2020) – Equestrian trainer and owner of Serenity Show Stable Ruth Nicodemus is excited to announce that Serenity Show Stable will be moving its operation to JT Farm (1125 NY-35, South Salem, NY 10590) on Wednesday, April 1.

Serenity Show Stable is a full-service show barn that offers private riding lessons for riders 5 years of age and older, boarding with professional grooms, showing at a variety of different levels and an intensive summer camp program for dedicated riders.

JT Farm is centrally located for riders coming from all directions.

“We are thrilled to continue to offer the same great services that we’ve always offered but now at our new location at JT Farm, a breathtaking facility that offers room for us to continue to grow,” Nicodemus said. “We are excited about the many miles of nearby trails, the rolling pastures and top-notch footing for our horses.”

The facility at JT Farm features 51 acres of lush pasture, two extra-large sand rings with carefully maintained footing, a heated indoor arena, a Grand Prix field with natural jumps and access to more than 45 miles of trails at the Pound Ridge Reservation bridle paths. Barns are meticulously maintained and well-ventilated.

“In just a few short weeks, our students and horses will be experiencing all of the beauty and space available at JT Farm,” Nicodemus said. “We have a small, intimate group of lesson horses that have stepped down from horse shows and are very well educated on the flat. Riders of all ages and abilities have the opportunity to learn on safe, friendly, seasoned horses.”

In addition, Serenity Show Stable has horses available for sale.

Nicodemus is a product of the elite local equestrian community in Westchester County. She was born and raised in the county and started riding at 8 years old, competing on the local circuit.

Nearly six years ago, she followed her dreams and opened Serenity Show Stable, where she helps riders follow their own dreams. Nicodemus trains riders who compete on both the local and national show circuit.

“What makes us so different from other barns is that we have a more personalized program for riders to help achieve their goals,” Nicodemus said. “It’s not a cookie-cutter program. Riders come to us because they are clear about their goals. Our job is to help them reach those goals. ‘Tell me your goals,’ I say to them, ‘and we will create a path for you to get there.’”

Nicodemus, now 45 years old, has dedicated her life to horses and teaching up and coming riders to follow their passion. The team at Serenity Show Stable is hard-working, dedicated, compassionate and embraces the community.

As Serenity Show Stable continues to grow, Nicodemus is expanding her team and opening up lesson opportunities for interested riders. To learn more, visit www.serenityshowstable.com and call or text (914) 755-7562
