Thanksgiving Interfaith Service
United in the spirit of gratitude, join local faith communities for an uplifting hour of music and inspiration. Leaders from Jewish, Catholic, Protestant, Muslim, Baha’i, Buddhist and other traditions will be share the meaning of thanksgiving. Lake Worth Interfaith Network (LWIN) invites people of all faiths and no faith to this fourteenth annual Thanksgiving Day Service of Gratitude. After the 60 minute service, a food project packaging rice and beans for local food pantries will be held, in cooperation with CROS Ministries.
This year’s service will be held on Thursday, November 26th at 10 AM at First Congregational Church, 1415 North K Street in Lake Worth.
LWIN is a group of individuals and faith-based communities dedicated to promoting acceptance and understanding among our diverse spiritual traditions through devotions, education and compassionate action.
