Julie Gilbert, instructor for the Kravis Center’s Writers’ Academy program and a Pulitzer Prize-nominated author, will host a one-day-only workshop for industrious writers to keep their creativity flowing.

The Master Class will be held at the Kravis Center on Friday, February 7 from 10 am – 3 pm with a break from noon until 12:45 pm.

The class will include a lecture, an oral exercise, a written first draft, an assessment and a rewrite. “This is a stop and shop day; a day to fill up the cart to stock the larder,” said Gilbert. “I hope to provide the necessary tools and spirit with which to begin, or continue, or complete, or rewrite.”

Registration is $150. To register for the Master Class on Creative Writing visit https://www.kravis.org/events/creative/ or call 561.832.7469.
