Motivational speaker to appear this Saturday at Yesteryear Village’s Living History Park

West Palm Beach, Fla. — A live lecture series in the Bink Glisson Museum at Yesteryear Village-A Living History Park will continue this Saturday, Nov. 17. Motivational speaker Greg Rice is expected to inspire his audiences with his talk titled, “Think BIG! Creative Thinking.” He’ll speak twice at 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.

“Most people will recognize Greg Rice, a Palm Beach County native, from the many TV appearances he’s done,” said Yesteryear Village Manager Paige Poole. “He and his late twin brother John became local legends, having been featured in numerous TV advertising spots for more than 50 years.”

Rice will tell his story about growing up in South Florida, his early business experiences, the lessons he’s learned and his definition of success. He has circled the globe sharing his inspirational “Think Big” success principles.

The lecture series will continue with Harvey E. Oyer III on March 16, 2019 and conclude with Judge Nelson E. Bailey on May 11, 2019. Palm Beach Post reporter and historian Eliot Kleinberg kicked off the series on Aug. 25.

General admission for the first talk at 11 a.m. is $18 and includes admission to Yesteryear Village. A second lecture priced at $35 will begin at 4 p.m. and will include a meet and greet reception at 5 p.m. and admission to Yesteryear Village.
