Wellington, United Way, and U.S. Sugar Partner to Provide
Snacks and Fresh Corn on Monday, April 27th
Wellington is partnering with the United Way of Palm Beach County, Flipany and U.S. Sugar to distribute snack kits-to-go and fresh local corn to residents during the COVID-19 pandemic. This FREE food distribution is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Wellington’s Village Park will serve as a drive-through pick-up site on Monday, April 27, 2020, from 11:00 AM through 2:00 PM. Traffic will be directed to enter Village Park through 120th Avenue and follow signage.
Wellington staff will wear personal protective gear as they handle and distribute the food. We ask that drivers and their passengers remain in their vehicles and open their trunk or window in order to practice social distancing and keep everyone safe.
