Wellington Praised for Honoring the American Flag
The Spirit of Liberty Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR) honored Wellington for its unwavering commitment to proudly display the American flag. Vice Regent of Spirit of the Liberty Chapter NSDAR, Linda Bennett, presented a proclamation to Councilwoman Anne Gerwig.
National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR), founded February 5, 2000, is a group committed to historic preservation, education, and the promotion of patriotism. The group’s proclamation recognizes Wellington for properly honoring the flag and showing off its American pride.
