Wellington High School’s 5K Fun Run
Wellington High School DECA students are hosting the second annual 5k Fun Run on Saturday, April 19, 2014, on the WHS track. You can come dressed as Superman, Captain America or Ironman because this year’s event feature’s a super Super-Hero theme with prizes for those who show the most superhero spirit and is open to all ages. There will be activities for children while the parents run, plenty of food and drinks, and plenty of fun to go around! Race proceeds will support DECA student’s with their national competition in Atlanta, GA. Pre-registration is $20 per person, 12 and under is $10. Registrations after April 17th or on the day of the event are $30. Non-racers general admission will be $5. Check-ins and registrations for runners will begin at 7 A.M and conclude at 7:45 A.M. The run will start at 8 A.M – 11:00 A.M.
