A Wilder Family Event on Sunday, August 14th

The WCFL takes great pride in being a platform to serve our community through a sport. As a result we have a bond and connection together through our League.
I am sure by now most of you have heard that one of our very own families, The Wilder’s, were involved in a tragic automobile accident and by the grace of God survived.
They have a very tough recovery road ahead of them.
I have remained connected to updates from the family and they have asked us to circulate news regarding a benefit to aid the family on their road back to wellness.
The goal of the event is to join not only the WCFL family but their baseball family and others in the community that have a connection to this great family.
Please review the message below from those coordinating the event and the needs that are posted. Details to pricing of the tickets and what the tickets cover will be circulated once we have the final information.

Brian Wilder, his wife Jennifer, and their 4 sons were in a horrific rollover crash two weeks ago. Thankfully, they are all recovering, but there are more surgeries and a lot of ongoing expenses for a long time.

First we need donations.
Paper Goods, individual Bags of Chips, Water, Sodas, Beer, Wine. Perhaps you know a vendor who can supply some of these items for us, or certainly we’d appreciate your donations.
We also need a bounce house, and other children activities.
We also need your help the day of the event.
We are looking for volunteers to help us set up the morning of the event, and tear down after the event.
We also need persons to man the stations.
We’ll be selling advance tickets and tickets can be purchased online. We’ll have booklets of tickets at our office and we’d appreciate you helping us get them sold.
