Get down with Roots Shakedown – and countdown to SunFest 2022! Formed in 2009, Roots Shakedown creates original music with various influences, including rock, reggae, and dub. The local band has captured listeners from all over the globe with the release of its first EP in 2010, Mash Up The Sound, and never looked back.

This is a SPECIAL CBN — CBN’s Countdown to SunFest ’22. The City of West Palm Beach is starting the clock in anticipation of the return of SunFest in 2022. Clematis by Night attendees can opt for a $22 per person TheClubVIP experience, which secures them a spot close to the stage, unlimited popcorn, access to a private bar, AND a ticket to SunFest 2022. High-top tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The kickoff falls in line with when SunFest would typically take place – the first weekend in May. Fans of the annual outdoor festival are encouraged to come out to Clematis by Night, which will provide a flavor of SunFest with a tailored band selection, SunFest trivia, merchandise and ticket giveaways, and more. TheClubVIP tickets must be purchased in advance through Eventbrite.

Clematis by Night general info:

Clematis by Night is back! West Palm Beach’s favorite Thursday night tradition for more than 25 years was relaunched earlier this year as part of the City’s Revamp Fun in ’21 campaign. Now the City of West Palm Beach is ready to rebound, and CBN is heading back to the Great Lawn. Walkup self-seating or TheClub seating is available. Guests who previously registered for a Clematis by Night pod for Thursday, 4/22 or Thursday, 4/29 at the Meyer Amphitheatre can still have a pod on the Great Lawn or elect to independently social distance instead. TheClub tickets will be available for all Clematis by Night concerts moving forward. TheClub is $25 per four people, plus a small Eventbrite fee, and tickets must be purchased in advance through Eventbrite. TheClub includes seating close to the stage, unlimited popcorn, a high-top table, and access to a private bar. Masks are required for event entry, to order refreshments from included vendors, and when using the onsite restrooms.

Parking is available in City garages, and Banyan and Evernia are the closest to the event.
