COVID-19 Testing Site Opens August 12th
At Wellington Community Center
Wellington has partnered with Premier Family Health to provide walk-up COVID-19 testing for all Western communities’ residents age 12 and over.
Health Officials from Premier Family Health will conduct tests at the Wellington Community Center, located at 12150 Forest Hill Blvd, Wellington, FL 33414.
Testing will be available beginning Wednesday, August 12, 2020, by appointment, for both symptomatic and asymptomatic residents. Tests are performed using a nasal swab. Not conducting COVID-19 antibody tests at this time.
To schedule an appointment, visit Wellingtonfl.gov/Testing. You will complete responses to a few questions. For those without computer access and/or who need assistance to schedule an appointment, please call 561-753-2484.
