Loxahatchee, FL – In a crowded industry where home care has been commoditized, Visiting Angels, located in Delray Beach, is among only three private duty home care companies in the entire state of Florida being recognized nationally for outstanding services to their clients and caregivers, and the only one in Palm Beach County to receive the honor.
Visiting Angels in Delray Beach received this year’s distinguished Best of Home Care Leader in Excellence Award from Home Care Pulse, the leading firm in quality assurance for private duty home care. The Award was given to the select few home care businesses that consistently ranked among the highest in 18 or more, out of 22 quality metrics assessed by Home Care Pulse. As a Leader in Excellence, Visiting Angels is now ranked among the best home care companies in the country.

Over a 12-month period, Visiting Angels has ranked among the top five percent in overall client and caregiver satisfaction ratings in areas such as compassion of caregivers, communication, scheduling, response to problems and overall quality of care. Using feedback from clients and caregivers, as well as quality benchmarks from Home Care Pulse, the Visiting Angels management team continues to set goals to reach the highest level of excellence possible.
