CELEBRATE LADIES’ NIGHT OUT THE SOUTH FLORIDA SCIENCE CENTER AND AQUARIUM
Mix, Mingle and Enjoy an Evening of Excitement and Entertainment

(West Palm Beach, Fla.) – Cocktail concoctions, cosmetic science demos, food and wine samples and even Kaluha karaoke are coming to Ladies’ Night Out at the South Florida Science Center and Aquarium Friday, August 18th from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m.

Science-savvy ladies 21+ are invited to enjoy the DJ, silent auction, giveaways, exhibit and aquarium exploration, and liquid nitrogen Rumchata Fireball ice cream at this unique event.

“Science isn’t just about complicated equations or impossible to understand concepts,” said Lew Crampton, president and CEO of the Science Center. “Science is fun for everyone, and it makes for a fantastic ladies’ night out. We’ll have all sorts of demonstrations that cover everything from makeup to wine, so there’s something for everyone.”

Admission is $10 in advance and $15 the day of the event. Tickets are available for purchase at the door or on the website.

The mission of the South Florida Science Center and Aquarium is to “open every mind to science” and the indoor/outdoor venue features more than 100 hands-on educational exhibits, a 10,000 gallon fresh and salt water aquarium- featuring both local and exotic marine life, a digital planetarium, conservation research station, Florida exhibit hall, Pre-K focused “Discovery Center,” an interactive Everglades exhibit and the 18-hole Conservation Course – an outdoor putting course with science-focused education stations.
