On Sunday, March 1st Swank Farms is bringing together a team of female all-stars to celebrate International Women’s Day. Chefs Suzanne Perrotto (Brulee Bistro and Rose’s Daughter), Tara Abrams (Crazy Uncle Mike’s), Adrianne Calvo (Chef Adrianne’s) and Nicole Rhone (Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach) will team up with Pastry Chef Sara Lucia (Sarahlu Confections) for a delicious all-inclusive, all-local meal incorporating plenty of just-picked Swank Farm vegetables, bread from Aioli’s Anna Ross, welcome cocktails by High Dive’s Jesse Bell, craft beer from Stephanie Harper of Islamorada Beer Company wine selected by sommelier Mariya Kovacheva.

Guests are invited to participate in a farm tour or simply wander around the fields to see a true farm in action before taking their seats in the expansive custom-designed pole barn. Live music from South Florida’s soulful blues singer Kat Riggins will fill the space during a memorable evening where guests leave feeling like family. A portion of proceeds will be donated to Hands Together for Haitians.
