May, 2012 – A Day at the Derby
The Women of the Western Communities cordially invites you to attend its spring fundraiser, “A Day at the Derby,” on Sunday, May 6, 2012, 11:00 a.m., at the Wanderers Club, 1900 Aero Club Drive, Wellington.
Members and guests will enjoy a fabulous brunch, Chinese and silent auctions with a wide array of items, and many Kentucky Derby-related surprises and events including a hat contest.
Guest fee is $40.
Proceeds from the event will support the WWC’s two main causes: the Mary Rubloff YWCA Harmony House and college scholarships for area high school seniors.
