Neil S. Hirsch Family Boys & Girls Club of Wellington Celebrates 37th Annual Golf Classic

Wellington, FL (October 1, 2018) – The Neil S. Hirsch Family Boys & Girls Club of Wellington announces the return of the Annual Golf Classic on Saturday, November 3 at the Wanderers Club, 1900 Aero Club Drive, Wellington. In its 37th year, this exciting event will consist of a golf tournament, raffle, live auction and awards luncheon.
The tournament kicks off with registration at 7:30 a.m. followed by an 8:30 a.m. shot gun start with an auction and awards luncheon to follow.
Todd Barron will serve as honorary chairman. Committee members include Elliot Bonner, John Hornberger, Ray Mooney, Mickey Smith and Meghan Whitten.

Proceeds from the Golf Classic support the Neil S. Hirsch Boys & Girls Clubs of Wellington, one of 13 Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County. The Clubs provide services during non-school hours, as well as summer camp opportunities, to nearly 8,600 boys and girls from ages 6 to 18 throughout the County. The Clubs emphasize educational, vocational, social, recreational, health, leadership, and character building skills in a positive and safe atmosphere. Through quality programs, the Club experience provides children with the guidance they need to make a healthy transition from childhood to young adulthood.
