A lower amount of daily sunlight may contribute to depression during the fall and winter months. To prevent the winter doldrums, take a walk an hour each day, of course while the sun is out. If you can’t get out, you can put your most comfy chair near a window in the house to expose yourself to some of that much needed sunlight! This will also give you a boost of vitamin D!
