The Program: Orchids 101 – Learn the Basics and More About Orchid Carepresented by Hyla Levine
The Wellington Garden Club, www.wellingtongardenclub.org, will hold its November meeting on Monday, November 4, 2013 at the Wellington Community Center, 12150 W. Forest Hill Blvd. A business meeting begins at 10:30 a.m. followed by lunch at 11:30 and at 12:30 a special program by Hyla Levine, co-owner of Green Barn Orchid Supplies in Delray Beach.
Ms. Levine’s program will solve the dilemma faced by orchid lovers who don’t know what to do when they arrive home after purchasing an irresistibly gorgeous orchid. Hyla will start with Orchid 101 and introduce multiple types of orchids, their care, watering, potting mixes and more so that they will continue to grow and thrive for many years. She will have orchids and supplies available for purchase after the meeting.
