October, 2012 – The Wycliffe Stiffs “Commish” Talks about How The Stickball League Began. The Wycliffe Stiffs "Commish" Marty Ross talks about how his stickball league got started. The Wycliffe Stiffs play their games from November to March at the Wellington Village Park, in partnership with Wellington Parks & Recreation. Similar to baseball, a stickball player uses a long, thin stick (like a broom handle) and a smaller, soft rubber ball.
