Puppy Yoga Pop-up at The Gardens Mall
PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. – Next Saturday, July 20, fetch your yoga mat and visit The Gardens Mall for Puppy Yoga! This furry and free class is part of the summer wellness series, Namaste at The Gardens. The Gardens Mall has partnered with Big Dog Ranch Rescue to give yogis a chance to stretch and play with adoptable pups. Namaste at The Gardens kicked off on June 21 with offerings that included complimentary fitness and wellness classes, health food demos, chakra-centric experiences, juice bars, and more.

Where: On the lower level in the Saks Fifth Avenue Court

Yoga instructor Brittany Kovacs of Triad Wellness will lead the pack in poses as they play with the pups. After the fun, guests can relax in the Namaste lounge and connect with brands that support healthy and happy lifestyles.
