Opens Its Doors To The Public
Dateline: Lake Worth, FL, November 2021 — The Science of Fitness Muscle Maintenance Facility, located at the Winston Trails Clubhouse in suburban Lake Worth, has announced its inaugural Open House celebration to be held on Saturday, November 27th, 2021 from 10 am to 3 pm.
Founded by West Palm Beach native Reginald Stewart, Science of Fitness has fulfilled the fitness aspirations of thousands of area residents. From athletic training, physical rehabilitation, and even equestrian, SOF has made its mark a gym to be reckoned with in the Palm Beach County market.
REGINALD STEWART has been in the industry for 20+ years and has carried every major accredited training certification in the country. He is currently certified with The American Collage of Sports Medicine as a CPT, NASM as a Golf Fitness Specialist (GFS), and ISSA as an Exercise Therapy Specialist and PT. Reggie is also a Certified Movement Specialist, having studied the art of Applied Functional Science at the World Famous Grey Institute.
The Open House will provide attendees detailed group tours along with a chance to talk with gym staff regarding SOF’s services. Those who make the trek will have the option to receive a free gym membership through the end of December and put their name in the hat at a chance of receiving special raffle prize giveaway to include a television, golf clubs, individual training sessions and so much more. Vendors and health care providers will be on hand to display a wide variety of health products. Children can also take advantage making ice cream, bounce houses, and live music. The Winston’s Restaurant located on site will be open and ready to serve a wide array of dishes from their golf inspired and healthy cuisine.
Over the past year, SOF has broadened its services to offer martial arts, yoga, massage therapy, and even fascial stretch therapy for a new generation of clients. Founder Reginald Stewart is pleased with the gym’s progress as he feels the gym can offer something beneficial for anyone looking to take the next step in enhancing their overall well-being.
