Florida’s Chief Financial Officer Jeff Atwater will address a sold-out audience of more than 500 Monday when he addresses a noon luncheon of the Forum Club of the Palm Beaches. Atwater is scheduled to talk about the federal debt crisis’ impact on the state as well as Florida’s financial condition.
The noon luncheon is being held at the Cohen Pavilion at the Kravis Center, 701 Okeechobee Blvd., West Palm Beach. Past Forum Club President Wendy Sartory Link will be honored during the program.
On Oct. 3, the Forum Club will hear from New York Times senior financial reporter and author Diana Henriques, author of the Bernie Madoff book, Wizard of Lies. Barnes & Noble will hold a book signing and sale during that event.
