Science of Beer & Wine ● September 13, 2012
The Young Professionals of the South Florida Science Museum invite guests 21 & older to come and explore the science behind beer & wine making at the Museum. Established brewers like the BX Beer Depot, Brewzzi and PRP Wine will take you through the process with presentations & sample tastings. Museum educators will be on hand to engage guests in challenging games, crafts, and demonstrations including liquid nitrogen beer ice cream. All of this combined with music, food, giveaways and open exploration of the museum is sure to be a fun & educational evening! Museum members: $20.00, Non-members: $25.00.
